• Experience: Previous bakery or pastry experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, bakery items and desserts according to recipes.
• Measure, mix and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen or bakery area.
• Check product quality, freshness and presentation.
• Follow food safety and workplace health procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker or Bakery Assistant.
• Knowledge of bakery preparation and food handling.
• Ability to work long shifts in a busy kitchen or bakery environment.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Passport ready for overseas employment.
